नहीं शीतल है चंद्रमा, हिम नहीं शीतल होय I कबीरा शीतल सन्त जन, नाम सनेही सोय II
Lasting happiness comes primarily from finding peace of mind and peace of mind does not fall from the sky. We need to make concerted efforts to be kind to each other, to live in harmony with each other and cultivate a deep sense of connectedness with the universe. We need to reflect on the oneness of humanity. In other words we must seek company of a Spiritually Wise from whom emanate only noblest of virtues.
"Kabir says, the tranquility experienced in the company of a Sanitly Being is far more comforting than the soothing moonlight or the coolness imparted by ice. In other words there is no greater happiness than remaining absorbed in the meditation."
