The expression "all in due time" is a calming reassurance that things will happen when the time is right. It advocates for patience and suggests that certain events or outcomes have a destined moment to occur. In others words to comfort or remind oneself not to rush things or become overly anxious about a situation. Timing plays a pivotal role in events and outcomes.

"Kabir says, the whole universe is evolved from "Shabda." It is but an expression of Creation. A melodious tweet of birds, sound of air when it rushes through woods or a sweet murmur of spring water are all "Shabda." The sky, earth, stars, sun, all beings are but an expression of "Shabda", the ripples emanating from the source.
Do not confine yourself to the man made temple. The temple in the truer sense is where "Shabda" is. That in itself is greatest of experience, a secondless. No experience in the world can explain what "Shabda" is. It's flavour is unique so is it's beauty. The quality of peace it bestows no music can. Without an equal it is unparalleled, for the only way to know about "Shabda" is to experience."

"Kabir says, it is said that all individual souls are basically part of that one Supreme Soul and finally all merge into it. The Liberation entails annihilation of the soul’s false sense of individuality and realisation of its complete non-difference from God. The soul is compared to a drop of water and liberation to its merging into the vast ocean which represents the Supreme Soul (God). Thus, one’s mistaken sense of individuality is dissolved, and one merges into the all-pervading Supreme."

Nothing to be proud of your body, for it is but a bundle of bones wrapped up in skin. The mighty who rode the thoroughbred (horses of high quality) under resplendent canopies eventually lay buried. Those who are very proud of their greatness and wealth return empty-handed in the end. The greatest illusion is we mistakenly confound our real identity with the gross body. Neither ‘you’ is body, nor ‘I, me’ is body. It is something else that animates this body from within. That is the Real ‘us’ of ‘you’ and ‘me’, which is formless. From the moment we are born, death is our final destination. Death comes to all. It spares none. It treats the mighty and weak equally. Power and wealth are like short lived shadows. Just as the sun rises, the shadows disappear similarly when one is spiritually enlightened, one sees the reality of these worldly perishable things."

Your words can have great impact on others and the world around you, but unfortunately, your emotions can lead you to say things you don’t mean or wish you could take back. Learning to pause and think about your words before moving them from thoughts to spoken words helps you to make different choices and choose words that better reflect your intention, your character and your values. It is better to think before you speak and not put your foot in your mouth. Your speech shapes your life. A single word can change everything. Be the goodness you want to see in the world."

On the mortal realm, humans walk their own journey. We stumble, we falter, burdened by limitations and imperfections. Yet, within this vulnerability lies a hidden power – the power of humility. When we shed the weight of self-importance, when we embrace our humanness, flaws and all, we open ourselves to connection, to empathy, to something akin to Supreme Grace.
Humility doesn't erase our struggles, but it allows us to navigate them with open hearts and a willingness to learn. It allows us to see beyond ourselves, to connect with the tapestry of human experience woven around us. And in that connection, we discover a different kind of radiance. It's a warm, earthen glow that emanates from within. It's the light of understanding, of forgiveness, of acceptance. It's the light that shines not to outshine, but to illuminate the path for others.
The true grace often lies not in striving for grandeur, but in embracing the beauty of our shared imperfections. So, walk your human journey with humility as your compass, one built on connection, understanding, and the simple radiance of being human.
"Kabir says, except me everyone is good. The one who accepts me with all my imperfections is my true friend.

Even when the lotus can be seen in all its glory, its roots are still firmly anchored in the muddy depths below. Without the roots, the flower could not exist. It is a wonderful contrast; roots anchored in the dark, thick, mud with a perfect flower resplendent in the sunlight.
Simply put, it is uninterestedly observing everything as a totally detached observer (Saakshi Bhaav). It is being able to remain "unaffected and untouched" in any situation, not to "get infatuated by anything", to be in "continuous remembrance of the Lord.
"Kabir says, the (Sadhus') Realized Souls live amidst the worldly activity (or Maya), yet remain unattached, uninfluenced by it just as the lotus flower remains untainted by the slimy scum. One day a man saw an old lady, stranded on the side of the road but, even in the dim light of day, he could see she needed help. So he pulled up in front of her Mercedes and got out. His Pontiac was still sputtering when he approached her. Even with the smile on his face, she looked worried.
No one had stopped to help for the last hour or so. Was he going to hurt her? He didn't look safe; he looked poor and hungry. He could see that she was frightened, standing out there in the cold. He knew how she felt. It was that chill which only fear can put in you. He said, 'I'm here to help you, ma'am. Why don't you wait in the car where it's warm?
By the way, my name is Bryan Anderson.' Well, all she had was a flat tire but, for an old lady, that was bad enough.
Bryan crawled under the car looking for a place to put the jack, skinning his knuckles a time or two.. Soon he was able to change the tire. But he had to get dirty and his hands hurt. As he was tightening up the lug nuts, she rolled down the window and began to talk to him. She told him that she was from St. Louis and was only just passing through. She couldn't thank him enough for coming to her aid.
Bryan just smiled as he closed her trunk. The lady asked how much she owed him. Any amount would have been all right with her. She already imagined all the awful things that could have happened had he not stopped. Bryan never thought twice about being paid. This was not a job to him. This was helping someone in need and, God knows, there were plenty, who had given him a hand in the past. He had lived his whole life that way, and it never occurred to him to act any other way.
He told her that if she really wanted to pay him back, the next time she saw someone who needed help, she could give that person the assistance they needed and, Bryan added, 'And think of me.' He waited until she started her car and drove off. It had been a cold and depressing day but he felt good as he headed for home, disappearing into the twilight.
A few miles down the road, the lady saw a small cafe. She went in to get a bite to eat and take the chill off before she made the last leg of her trip home. It was a dingy looking restaurant. Outside were two old gas pumps. The whole scene was unfamiliar to her.
The waitress came over and brought a clean towel to wipe her wet hair. She had a sweet smile, one that, even being on her feet for the whole day, couldn't erase. The lady noticed the waitress was nearly eight months pregnant, but she never let the strain and aches change her attitude.
The old lady wondered how someone who had so little could be so giving to a stranger. Then she remembered Bryan. After the lady finished her meal, she paid with a hundred dollar bill. The waitress quickly went to get change for her hundred dollar bill but the old lady had slipped right out the door. She was gone by the time the waitress came back.
The waitress wondered where the lady could be. Then she noticed something was written on the napkin. There were tears in her eyes when she read what the lady wrote: 'You don't owe me anything. I have been there too. Somebody once helped me out, the way I'm helping you. If you really want to pay me back, here is what you do: Do not let this chain of love end with you.'
Under the napkin were four more $100 bills. Well, there were tables to clear, sugar bowls to fill, and people to serve, but the waitress made it through another day. That night when she got home from work and climbed into bed, she was thinking about the money and what the lady had written. How could the lady have known how much she and her husband needed it?
With the baby due next month, it was going to be hard.... She knew how worried her husband was, and as he lay sleeping next to her, she gave him a soft kiss and whispered soft and low, 'Everything's going to be all right. I love you, Bryan Anderson.'
There is an old saying... 'What goes around comes around.' God works in mysterious ways and sometimes puts people in our lives for a reason.
“Kabir says, spread the love wherever you go. Let no one ever come to you without leaving happier. Every person is juggling something, and when you assist them, it makes a difference. They admire you for who you are as a person. When you do something good in your life without hurting others, people actually want to be there with you. No one wants to leave you."

In other words, when a person's thoughts are always directed toward God, throughout the waking state, even while eating or talking, it is Bhakti in the truer sense.
It is a deep and personal expression of one’s love and adoration for the divine. Nam-Smaran goes beyond mere religious rituals; it is an intense connection from the heart.
In essence, Bhakti encompasses surrendering oneself to a higher power, transcending ego, and embracing humility. It involves developing an unwavering faith and trust in the divine, believing in its infinite wisdom and unconditional love.
By immersing themselves wholeheartedly in this devotion toward God, one can experience inner transformation – a deep sense of peace and contentment that surpasses worldly desires."

"No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it’s not the same river and he’s not the same man.”
This quote is a metaphor for the constant change and impermanence of life.
Just as a river is constantly flowing and changing, so too are we. We are constantly learning, growing, and evolving. This means that we can never truly experience the same thing twice.
This can be a scary thought for some people, but it can also be a liberating one. When we realize that everything is constantly changing, we are less likely to cling to things and to become attached to them. We are also more likely to appreciate the present moment and to live our lives to the fullest.
This composition of Kabir is a reminder that life is a journey, not a destination. It is a journey of constant change and transformation. When we embrace change and transformation, we open ourselves up to new possibilities and a more fulfilling life.
So, don't be afraid of change. Embrace it and let it transform you into the best version of yourself."

Maya doesn't mean non existent. Rather it means ever changing. For example, in a blossomed flower, you enjoy the beauty and fragrance of the flower. But by evening it withers. Maya doesn’t mean that the flower never existed; it means that everything is in a constant state of change. Due to this no worldly thing can give same happiness all the time. The one thing that never changes is that everything except God changes. And therefore eternal bliss can be had only through God Realisation.
Believing that happiness can be found in other people or outside of ourselves, we will not be able to cross over this Maya. The pursuit and purchase of physical possessions will never fully satisfy our desire for happiness.
"Kabir says, the fleeting happiness derived from worldly objects and possessions is worth nothing compared to the Supreme Bliss of God Realisation, the priceless jewel whose shine never ceases."

In this composition Kabir uses the analogy of a pair of flat grinding stones used for grinding grain for the duality we live in. Just like the grain is crushed between the grinding stones, everyone is subjected to the play of opposites such as gain and loss, good and bad, pleasure and pain, life and death without exception. Whoever enters this duality is crushed. The friction between the stones crush the grain into smaller pieces ultimately turning it into flour. Man subjected to trials of life is no exception too. In other words we get so much involved in the stuggle for survival that we forget the true purpose for which we were born human. People spend their whole life chasing material possessions, least bothered about the spiritual progress, for in the end none of the material possessions are of any use. It is only the spiritual growth that transcends the limits of the material world."

"The ground of a certain rich man yielded an abundant harvest. He thought to himself, 'What shall I do? I have no place to store my crops.' "Then he said, 'This is what I'll do. I will tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store my surplus grain. And I'll say to myself, "You have plenty of grain laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry."' "But God said to him, 'You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself."
"Kabir urges those rich in this world's wealth to quit being so full of themselves and so obsessed with money, which is here today and gone tomorrow. He reminds us not to be proud of the high mansions, for the day is not far when one lies beneath the dirt and grass will grow on the top."

"Kabir says, As we journey through life, we encounter countless experiences that shape our understanding of love. One of the most profound lessons we learn is what love should not feel like. This wisdom often comes through moments of disappointment, heartache, and reflection.
Love is not supposed to feel like a constant battle for validation. It should never make you question your worth or leave you feeling less than. Genuine love uplifts and reassures, it does not belittle or undermine.
Love is not supposed to feel like a one-sided effort. It thrives on mutual respect, care, and effort. When love is real, it flows naturally, with both people investing equally in the relationship. If it feels like you’re always giving and never receiving, that’s not love.
Love is not supposed to feel like walking on eggshells. True love creates a safe space where you can be your authentic self, without fear of judgment or reprisal. It allows for open communication, where both people feel heard and valued.
Love is not supposed to feel draining or exhausting. While all relationships require work, the effort should feel meaningful and rewarding, not like a chore. Love rejuvenates and brings joy, even in challenging times.
Learning what love is not supposed to feel like guides us towards healthier, more fulfilling connections. It teaches us to set boundaries, to cherish our self-worth, and to seek out relationships that honor and respect us. In the end, these lessons help us recognize and appreciate the love that truly enriches our lives."

Kabir emphasizes that we often erect barriers within our own hearts and minds that prevent us from experiencing true love. These barriers can manifest in various forms, such as:
• Fear of vulnerability: We may be afraid to open ourselves up to love, fearing rejection, heartbreak, or disappointment.
• Past hurts: Unresolved emotional pain from past relationships can create walls around our hearts, making it difficult to trust and allow love in again.
• Negative self-beliefs: Unhealthy self-esteem and limiting beliefs about ourselves can make us feel unworthy of love.
• Unrealistic expectations: Idealistic and rigid notions of love can prevent us from recognizing and embracing the real thing.
In this composition Kabir challenges us to shift our focus from the external search for love to the internal journey of self-discovery. It reminds us that love is not something we find outside ourselves, but rather, it is a potential that already resides within each of us. By removing the barriers we have built, we can unlock this potential and experience the transformative power of love in our lives.
"Kabir says, Love cannot be bought and sold. It is not a bargain and neither it can be cultivated as a crop. The unconditional, unwavering support and sacrifice are the very foundation of True Love and they are common to all without exception."

There is something within you that knows what to do. There is a power greater than you that knows how to take care of you without your help. All you have got to do is to surrender to it. Surrender your thoughts, your mind, your ego to the current that knows the way. It will take care of you. It will take better care of you than you can ever imagine.
"Kabir says, the yearning for the Truth is inherent in us, yet we are unable to realize it due to our ignorance. A sesame seed contains oil. However the oil is not visible by simply looking at the seed. It is only by the extra effort that the oil can be extracted from the seed. Similarly fire is not visible merely by looking at the flintstone, for the fire latent in the stone is ignited only as a result of vigorous friction. Similarly our body is a temple, the seat of divine with the divinity being our true self. However we are unable to realize it because it is veiled of ignorance. In other words man is potentially divine and the sole purpose of this life is to discover that divinity. The time to do is here and now".

If you leave your coat in a room where people are smoking, pretty soon it will smell of smoke. If you leave it outside in the garden, later on, when you bring it indoors, it will carry with it the fragrance of fresh air and flowers.
Such is the case with the mind. Your garment of thoughts absorbs the vibrations of those with whom you mix. If you mingle with pessimists, in time you will become a pessimist. And if you mingle with cheerful, happy people, you yourself will develop a cheerful, happy nature.
Environment is stronger than will power. Whether one becomes a saint or a sinner is, to a great extent, determined by the company he keeps.
"Kabir says, to frequent the company of saints, sages and seekers after Truth is incumbent on man. Association of this kind will help to awaken his interest in That which is Real. The more consistently one seeks the fellowship of the spiritually-minded the greater will be the benefit."

सब्दै काया जग उतपानी, सब्दै केरि पसारा I
कहै कबीर जहं सब्द होत हैं, भवन भेद है न्यारा II

"Kabir says, When you waste a moment, you have killed it in a sense, squandering an irreplaceable opportunity. But when you use the moment properly, filling it with purpose and productivity, it lives on forever."
