"In this composition Sant Kabir says, those whose hearts are stamped with marks of GOD Realisation do not stray away from their goal of Liberation, for such Enlightened Beings having realised the treasure of Truth and Wisdom of GOD leave behind the repeated sufferings of death and rebirth once and for all."

"In this composition Sant Kabir says, in worldly sense Maya means deceit or trickery and none in the world are saved from the web of deception this skillful rogue weaves.

He says, the trickster who swindles this Mistress of Illusion has to be no less than an Enlightened or a Great Soul."

"In this composition Sant Kabir talks about Maya, the powerful force that creates the cosmic illusion that the phenomenal world is real. Maya, the Illusion that compels us to accept that which is temporary as having lasting value, and looking for enduring happiness in this world, which it cannot provide.

He says, Maya describes our current state of existence, how much alienated we are from our true nature and how deeply entangled we become with the objects of our desires, weaving in the process a web of deceptions around ourselves that keep us conveniently concealed from the truth of who we are and what we should have been.

He says, Maya enslaves Gods and men alike. It conquers all but none has ever come up victorious against it."

"In this composition Sant Kabir says, it doesn't matter if One is an ignorant or a learned if he is virtually a prisoner of Lust, Anger, Greed, Arrogance and Delusion. In other words he says, Truly Wise is the one who has conquered these five enemies of mind while the foolishness knows no bounds for the one who enjoys their captivity."

"In this composition Sant Kabir talks about he who follows whichever way his mind leads to or he who gives importance to pleasure of senses over everything else or he who does as his mind dictates. He talks about the One who is attached to the worldly desires, material wealth, worldly allurements and sensual enjoyments and whose desires and needs are unlimited. Those wth materialistic attachment who believe that everlasting happiness is attainable only in aquisition and use of these material objects.

He says, those who succumb to the ceaseless demands of pleasure of senses go astray from the path of devotion and everything that makes their precious human birth worthwhile.

He says, in a way by doing so they fail to take advantage of this rare human birth, which is an asset like possessing a priceless diamond, the only opportunity to seek the Truth and Wisdom of GOD Realisation."

"In this composition Sant Kabir says, the flickering flames lure the fluttering wings of moth and the moth too doesn't hesitate to dive into the fire and invite his doom. Similar is the man who gets carried away by the lust who forgets that he is getting drowned in the abyss."

"In this composition Sant Kabir says, the naive become enlightened of Truth and Wisdom in the company of Sadguru.

However men of ignorance are like charcoal black which no soap can wash away. In other words the veil of ignorance blocks their sense of discrimination, the discrimination between real and the unreal, between the permanent and impermanent."

"In this composition Sant Kabir says, the fish stinks despite being immersed in water all the time. Similarly the ritual bathing in the Sacred waters at the Pilgrimages may wash away the dirt on the body but it does not cleanse the inner filth.

He says, it is the mind that should bathe and cleanse and not merely the body, for the internal cleaning can happen only by practicing devotion reverently."
