पीछै लागा जाइ था, लोक बेद के साथी I
आगैं थैं सतगुर मिल्या, दीपक दिया हाथी II

Throughout history, individuals, regardless of their spiritual inclinations, have yearned for this elusive state of joy. Everyone says ‘bliss,’ ‘bliss,’ but bliss in the truer sense can be known only through the Guru.
The mind alone is ignorance. It is because of the mind that the universe is seen in all its differences and diversities just as a giant formation of a group of clouds is scattered by a strong gust of wind.

" Kabir says, in the pursuit of bliss, I sought joy in transient flavors, tastes, and fleeting experiences. The light of Guru's wisdom however dispelled the cloud of ignorance thus ceasing my wandering in the wilderness of ignorance."
