आतम अनुभव ज्ञान की, जो कोय पूछै बात I
सो गूंगा गुड खाय के, कहै कौन मुख स्वाद II

From the One Pure Bliss, The Supreme Consciousness, we have come. In that Pure Bliss we evolve. In the end, in that Pure Bliss we merge again. Whether we fully know it or not, Pure Bliss is the nature of Real Self within. Realizing this, while living in this body, is Self-realization, also known as आत्मज्ञान or आत्मबोध.
