II श्रीराम जय राम जय जय राम II

Worry (most often) is about something that hasn’t happened. It seeps into our present, muting our happiness and creating scenarios that don’t exist. When we do this, we give worry roots to grow.
And while there may be reasons for concern about certain situations, they can be easily misconstrued - because the future hasn’t happened. It's better not to bring our worries forward. Don’t let them breathe or breed. We must remember, what comes next is not promised; the future is all up for the taking because there are too many variables of an altered state, and worry keeps you attached to the worst.

"Kabir says, except worry for every ailment under the sun there is a remedy.
Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow; it empties today of its strength."
