The more you talk about negative things in your life, the more you invite those things into your reality. Your thoughts become your words. Your words become your actions. Your actions become your habits. Your habits become your character and your character defines your destiny. Words are extremely powerful medium that we can use to uplift our personal energy and improve our lives, though we are not often conscious of the words we speak, read and expose ourselves to. Speak a few minutes with a chronic complainer who spews out negativity and you will feel your personal energy bottom out. Words have great power, so choose them wisely."
