II श्रीराम जय राम जय जय राम II

जहाँ दया तहाँ धर्म है, जहाँ लोभ तहाँ पाप I
जहाँ क्रोध तहाँ पाप है, जहाँ क्षमा तहाँ आप II

"Kabir says, more than just the race of humankind humanity implies the quality to be humane, an ability to love and have compassion, be creative and not to be a robot or an alien. It is the human behaviour that cares for other humans because of a profound and universally held conviction that to live well means being treated humanely in relationships of mutual respect. The essence of all religions is love, compassion, and tolerance. Kindness is the true religion.
Greed is native to human hearts. One of the deadly sins, 'Greed' is the immoderate love or desire for riches and earthly possessions. A person can also be greedy for fame, attention, power, or anything else that feeds one's selfishness.

Greed as “never enough” is the drive to strive for more. Restless humans, pursuing their hierarchy of needs, with basic needs already fully in their grip, grasp for more, grope for more of the material. That restless quest describes the human condition. The desires of the greedy plunge them into ruin and destruction. Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's needs, but not every man's greed.
Destructive is anger to every living creature and so makes a sinner of man. The anger makes one unable to distinguish between what should be said and what should not…

No act, no word, seems taboo for the angry one and in its grip will he slay indiscriminately. Therefore the man possessing force of character should ever banish wrath to a distance. The one who forsakes ire, becomes a true possessor of zest; one who is enslaved to anger possesses but a mockery of energy; that too which fails him in the hour of need.
There are some things that we may say or do that ultimately can never be taken back no matter how many times we apologize to the one’s we hurt. Unfortunately we tend to realise the level of irreversible damage we caused only in hindsight and even more, the ones we tend to hurt the worst are the people we usually love the most. It’s so important to remember to pause and take a moment to think about the possible permanent repercussions our actions and words could have on others.
We all know the popular adage, "To err is human, to forgive is divine.”
but what does it really mean? Well, as humans, we all make mistakes – whether or not we want to admit to them is another thing entirely! However, when it comes to forgiveness, many of us would rather hold on to our hurts, our resentments and our anger than forgive the one who has done us wrong. It usually takes a Saintly Being to forgive, someone who realises that holding on to all those negative emotions only hurts them in the long run – instead of the person who committed the wrongdoing."
