तन का बैरी कोई नही, जो मन सीतल होय I
तू आपा को डारि दे, दया करे सब कोय II

"Kabir says, if there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do us no harm. When you refuse to allow any doubts in your own mind, then no doubts from others will ever cloud your judgement. The greatest challenge and the greatest obstacle any human will face is their own doubts, their own fears and their own conditioned thoughts. Your own thoughts will cause you more pain than anyone or anything. They can be likened to a terrorist living in your soul. But, when you learn to control and direct your mind, you can direct that internal voice to work for you, rather than against you. 
Conflicts are inevitable, so long the false ego sense or "I"ness does not dissolve. With the false "I" up and active, all our handling of people in the world is selfish. It is our deluded mind under the powerful influence of "I"ness that  creates the barrier, the cause of apparent differences. The annihilation of the false ego sense of "I, me, mine, you" constitutes real Love. Unless we recognize our real enemies and then conquer them, we cannot get along with everyone. The universal brotherhood comes true when the anger and hatred in our hearts is transformed into repentance, forgiveness, understanding, love, peace and harmony for all people of the world."
