The length of a person’s life can best be measured by the Breath. We humans exist for ONE BREATH at a time, not knowing how much is the life span or even what will happen next.
"Kabir says, vitality in the body is like wick of the lamp immersed in oil that makes the lamp burn. Let every moment of being alive be spent for Hari Bhajan, for who knows if this breath we inhale could be our last?
