II श्रीराम जय राम जय जय राम II

कबीर मंदिर लाख का, जडिया हीरे लाली I
दिवस चारी का पेषणा, बिनस जाएगा कालि II

All our endeavors are to give comfort to our body with which we identify ourselves. Yet the time eats it away, slowly and steadily, bit by bit. Ultimately It dissolves into the very elements from which it had come. As sunrise is the proof of immanent sunset or as the morning is the proof of approaching night, similarly, birth of an entity is the proof of it’s impending death. All human beings – the ruled and the rulers, the poor and the wealthy, the temporal and the religious – are merely awaiting their turn. We are all in the line. None can step out of the queue.

"Kabir says, human body is a bejewelled temple made of lacquer. Lacquer being highly inflammable when catches fire is consumed by it all. As for man, his days are like grass. When the wind has passed over it, it is no more, and its place acknowledges it no longer."
