"Kabir says, we don't know when we are going to die and therefore lets make most of the time we have, for life is fragile and can end at any moment. Often when nothing seems to go wrong in life, it betrays. Here and now is what we have, the past is gone and we don't know about future.
Time is infinite, but for us humans it is fleeting, subject to end. The present moment is where the life truly unfolds. To live in the moment is to live with Awareness. If we do not realise the moment, it will be lost and cannot be regained."
