You may slide the beads countless times with your hands but if you do not remember Ram in your heart then what is the use of this rosary to you? With your heart full of falsehood, holding the meditation beads in hand is no more than a ritual. All human actions are louder expressions of his thoughts. And therefore instead of merely wearing the rosary beads, enshrine Hari Naam in your heart, for this is the most excellent action. Lord Hari who dwells within must be worshipped only from within. "
